A first-generation college graduate of Lincoln University, Ieshia is committed to fostering the next generation of leaders. She facilitates The Etiquette Workshop with youth-focused, educational, and social initiatives in mind, partnering with Pittsburgh Public Schools and organizations in Pittsburgh, PA, reinforcing her dedication to youth development and community empowerment. Her leadership initiatives extend through programs like Divah’s In Training, and Goals, Plans, Success (G.P.S.), which focus on professional and leadership growth.
