Ieshia Nicole Hearn

Ieshia is an influential trailblazer with a passion and purpose for creating mentoring and leadership platforms.  Being a 1st generation college student and HBCU graduate of Lincoln University, Ieshia recognizes the importance of molding the next generation of leaders.

 

She made her mark in the banking industry holding several specialized leadership roles within her almost 15-year career with PNC Financial Services.  Ieshia also served as the Professional Development Co-Chair for the PNC Bank African American Employee Resource Group. 

 

Ieshia strives to mold global change makers through Divah’s in Training Etiquette for Girls a mentoring program that educates and empowers young girls, ages 6-18, Goals, Plan, Success (G.P.S.), a professional and leadership development consulting firm that assists clients with elevating their careers, and The RunWay Workshop; a fashion consulting firm that provides runway and fashion consulting to women of all ages and companies seeking fashion show advisory.

 

A true social trendsetter and advocate of sisterhood, Ieshia continues to raise the bar in her professional career and in the community.  She continues to lead by example for her two daughters Kennedy and Karter, who inspires her to pave the way for other women to break glass ceilings.
